Rhonda Jespersen, (Au.D.) Audiologist:
Dr. Jespersen received her doctoral degree from A.T. Stills University in Arizona and her Master’s Degree from California State University-Fresno. She has practiced audiology for over 30 years, both in Los Angeles and here in our valley. Her varied career includes both working in private practice and serving as a “Combat Audiologist” in the U.S. Army Reserve. She holds a California dispensing audiologist license and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Because several of her family members have difficulty hearing, she is familiar with the many problems that people encounter when they have hearing loss. She is dedicated to helping people with hearing loss learn about their condition and maximize their hearing potential.
Denise Moreno, Patient Care Coordinator:
Denise graduated from Kaplan College in Palm Springs with a Medical Office Specialist Certificate. She works at our front desk scheduling, greeting patients, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Denise is fluent in Spanish.
Claudia F. Villegas, Patient Care Coordinator:
Claudia graduated from Mayfield College in Palm Springs with a Medical Front Office Certificate. Previous to joining EARS Hearing Healthcare, Claudia completed an externship at a podiatry office. Her role at our office is primarily obtaining insurance verification and authorization. Claudia is fluent in Spanish.
